Alana De La Garza is an exquisite actress who is leaving a mark on the small screen. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on the 26th of December, 1976. Her move to Texas in order to pursue the career of an exercise physiotherapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not keep her place in Texas for very long, and she soon moved into Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various performances as an actor. These included commercials, local independent films, and even a few of the film's. She quickly found her passion in the field of acting, despite small roles. After moving from New York and in 2001 she got her first part on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. She had minor roles on JAG and Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004, she got a role in her first series part in The Mountain which was a short-lived television drama. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The year 2006 was the time she was A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. The character later re-entered the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. This particular character earned De La Garza various nominations like Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even multiple ALMA Award noms. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on drama-based television shows. Then, a short time later De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring character. She performed the role of Marisol Deko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. As the character Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on the dark drama of NBC Do No Harm. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC in the first two episodes. Milano. Milano is Italian and is the youngest of two sisters Cory. She was raised by strict and religious parents. Milano began her professional career in the age of seven when her childsitter took her to an audition for acting. Of more than a thousand applicants the actress was selected to be one of only four. Milano has appeared in ads in both Broadway and on TV as well, such as the American musical version that portrayed Jane Eyre.
